The Fit-Out Process
With our unique systems and processes, Diverse Shopfitters guarantees faster and more efficient fit outs. This comprehensive methodology includes the supply and management of designers, project managers, tradesmen, leasing agents and all other parties involved in fit out projects.
This saves you the time, resources and expense required to engage all these entities and also ensures minimal disruption to have you open and trading sooner.
Diverse Shopfitters turnkey fit out and interior contracting process consists of the following stages:
- Assistance with leasing commercial premises – With the involvement of our strategic alliance partners we can assist with sourcing a site, negotiating the lease and the preparation and signing of a lease agreement.
- Design – Diverse Shopfitters first surveys the site to gain an accurate assessment of the space they are working with. This enables the design team to create a solution that matches the exact space available whilst maintaining design integrity. Diverse Shopfitters boasts an award-winning design team that takes your ideas and turns them into a 3-dimensional concept design. Once you approve the design they produce full working/construction drawings that enable an accurate quotation to be carried out.
- Branding – Your existing or proposed business may also need a new image. Assistance with this can be obtained through our network partners who specialise in branding and marketing.
- Quoting - Once these stages have been completed the project can be accurately priced. This eliminates the time-consuming and expensive exercise of revising the design or scope of the project.
- Finance - Once a final price has been presented our network partner can arrange finance to fund your project.
- Project Management – As part of Diverse Shopfitters’ end-to-end solution, a Project Manager will be allocated to your installation. The Project Manager provides you with the single point of contact and handles all aspects of the project including setting timelines, scheduling sub-trades, overseeing the installation and facilitating the final handover of the project
