Morgan and Rule Pharmacy

At the time of this fitout, this Morgan and Rule Pharmacy was one of the largest pharmacies in Australia with a floor area of some 900sqm.

Challenges

At the time of the fitout, the owner was also undertaking extensive renovations to the building including removal of internal walls and the installation of automatic doors. With only twelve weeks to complete the fit out, this presented challenges to both site access and scheduling.

Solution

Diverse Shopfitters made extensive use of the Replik8 system during this fit out to determine floor, wall and bulkhead locations. In such a large space, there were many distinct sections to plan and schedule, each with varying labour and material requirements. The Replik8 system allowed Diverse to effectively and efficiently coordinate all associated trades and materials supply and complete the fitout on time.

Morgan and Rule now have a retail outlet that is commensurate with their size and standing in the retail pharmaceutical industry. The fitout was completed in synchronisation with several large renovation projects to deliver an outstanding end result, with greater access to the building and a functional, modern retail environment inside.
