This branch of Aussie Home Loans had particular requirements in terms of discrete interview areas where clients could be introduced to Aussie Home Loans staff and feel secure disclosing financial information. Diverse were contracted to implement a design specification from Aussie Home Loans head office and bring the project in in the most efficient and cost effective manner.

Solution

Comprehensive site surveys and accurate measurements were undertaken to determine the best approach. During the site survey, high traffic areas were identified and Diverse were able to recommend materials outside the original specs that were more suitable for the areas in question. Once the implementation was locked in, scheduling and materials supply were arranged.

Benefits

The fitout was delivered on time and on budget and several of Diverse's recommendations for materials have now been included in the Aussie Home Loans corporate standards for future fitouts of Aussie branches.
